All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Short Rigger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist you where possible.
