OWNER: Brad Ciociola
Brad has spent the last decade in the marine industry as the founder and owner of Carolina Boat Company, a North Carolina based boat dealership.
He and his family are avid offshore fisherman and have been active on the North Carolina billfish tournament circuit for many years.
Short Rigger was born of his desire for a sportfishing brand that was true to the sport; by people who fish, for people who fish.

Fishing isn't something we do. It's who we are. Short Rigger is for those who appreciate early mornings, salty sunrises and primal battles in blue water.
Short Rigger was born in North Carolina. We made our bones fishing the Graveyard of the Atlantic from Morehead City to Manteo.
We celebrate the tides that bind us; be it in the cockpit of a battlewagon in the gulfstream, the dock after a long day or a summertime tournament party. We all fly the same flag.
